Refunds and Returns Policy 

Overview

All products sold through our store are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or other personal preferences once production has begun.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Where a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Claims for lost parcels must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Change of Mind

As all items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong colour
  • Accidental purchases
  • Buyer preference after delivery

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot usually be cancelled, modified, or refunded because the item is being manufactured specifically for you.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Refunds will not be provided for orders delivered to the address entered at checkout.
