Order Processing
All products are made to order and are produced after your purchase has been confirmed.
Production typically takes 1–5 business days, although production times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been produced, it will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after production has been completed.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted production and shipping partners to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already entered production, we may be unable to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photographs showing the issue.
We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
